Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Customers will pay actual shipping charges, rounded to the next dollar.

Not all parts listed on this site are in stock. Notify us if it is critical that the order ship immediately.

No refund on shipping charges once they have been shipped.

Orders placed for in-stock items by 3:00pm PTZ (Mon -Fri) will ship same day.

All orders not in stock normally arrive in 7-10 business days and will ship the day they arrive.

Options are available for receiving non-stock parts delivered more quickly.

Shipping Rates and Quotes

  • The rates quoted on our website are for United States and Canada Customers only.

  • Orders or shipping quotes made over the phone will not be subject to online catalog quote.

  • Please call and email to order.

International Shipments

Shipping charges will vary; orders must be processed by contacting a techline representative. Please call or email  to order.

Important Product Delivery Disclaimer:

Due to the authorization of transactions all shipments ,even if  Overnight Shipping is purchased with order, will not be shipped until order is authorized. Overnight shipments will arrive in the respective delivery once all credit transaction have been cleared through our account records. Authorization for transactions usually take 24 to 48 hours and will be cleared to ship within that time frame.

Shipping Options

Ground
Delivery time: 1 - 5 business days after shipment based on the distance from our facility.

Next Day
Delivery time: 1 business day after shipment based on the distance from our facility. If the order is shipped on Friday, UPS will deliver on Monday.

Saturday
For Saturday delivery, notify us at time of order. The freight must be recalculated for Saturday delivery.

2nd Day
Delivery time: 2 business days after shipment based on the distance from our facility.

APO/FPO
This is for Military personnel with an APO address. Delivery time via US Postal Service: 14 to 21 days after shipment based on the distance from our facility.

Sales Policy

Tool orders, publications (service manuals, etc) are only returnable due to our error. An exception is that electronic media is not returnable.
Special orders are not returnable.
All returns must have an RMA number.
Allowable returns may be subject to a 30% restock fee.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the sales, shipping and/or return terms and policies as outlined on our site.

We reserve to right to correct or adjust the shipping charges as needed. We will also notify you of any changes before processing your order.
