All international shipping must be charged to the customer’s shipping account. If you do not have a shipping account, one must be set up prior to ordering. Do to the authorization of transactions all shipments ,even if Overnight Shipping is purchased with order, will not be shipped until order is authorized. Overnight shipments will arrive in the respective delivery once all credit transaction have been cleared through our account records. Authorization for transactions usually take 24 to 48 hours and will be cleared to ship within that time frame.

Tool Rental Agreement
- Customer is responsible for rental charges. The rental period consists of the
day after the tool is shipped. to the customer until the tool arrives at the Tool
Rental Office @ Tom's Truck Center, 936 E. Third St., Santa Ana, Ca 9270l.
This includes shipping time. - Customer will pay outbound shipping charges. These charges win be applied
on the tool rental bill. - All rental tools require a deposit either in cash, credit card authorization or
Tom's Truck Center charge account. - Customer is responsible for. proper care ~.use of tools, The use of impact
tools is not allowed on rental tools. Tool damage will be charged to the
customer's bill, If a tool part can only be replaced as an entire tool the
customer agrees to pay for the entire tool. - Modification/repair of rental tools are not allowed without written consent
from the Tool Rental Dept. @ Tom's Truck Center. - Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This includes loss or damage
of the tool while in return transit.
